2. Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and complete the course content. You may not copy, share, sell, or redistribute any course materials without permission.

3. Instructor Content

Instructors grant EduKix the rights to host, display, and market their content on our platform. Instructors are responsible for ensuring the originality and legality of the content they upload.

4. Payments and Refunds

All course fees are displayed in INR or local currency. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our refund policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

While using EduKix, you agree not to:

• Upload or share any harmful or illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on EduKix (excluding user-uploaded content) are the property of EduKix Technologies Private Limited and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EduKix is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

EduKix Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EduKix.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
